Maria's Favorite Appetizers

Maria shares her favorite recipes with her newly published appetizer cookbook. Many of her recipes have been transformed in to healthy, delicious recipes. These easy recipes will help you get back into the kitchen regardless of your cooking skills. Maria believes there is a "chef" in all of us.

Maria has appeared on PBS for her award winning appetizer, "Cheese Surprise" with Ed Goodman. She also has had several recipes published in local newspapers including several award winning recipes which you'll find some in the "Maria's Favorite Appetizers" Cookbook.
Maria was introduced to cooking at an early age by the guidance of her mother and spent her childhood surrounded by Mexican food. "Cooking was a full time job for my mother who was feeding a familyof 13."
Many of her recipes represent family recipes she grew up with.
